Monday Night Football: Picks, Predictions, Plus MNF Odds Week 15

Before we give head to the MNF odds week 15, let's take a recap on the action. After losing their last two games versus two tough NFC opponents, the Eagles head into Monday Night Football with a lot to prove. Jalen Hurts, the Eagles' quarterback, was confirmed as injured on Sunday due to a sickness. Backup Marcus Mariota will get the start as QB if Hurts is officially out. Philadelphia would no doubt love to have Hurts back in rhythm, but Mariota is a decent enough backup.

What's more, Geno Smith remains doubtful going into this game, so the Seahawks are getting ready to play with their reserve quarterback, Drew Lock. These are some of the best MNF bets for this week in NFL.

Philadelphia Eagles at Seattle Seahawks MNF Betting Tips

Moneyline: Eagles -205 / Seahawks +170

Spread: Eagles -4.0

Over/Under: 47.5

The Monday Night Football odds begin with a tense matchup. The Seahawks (6-7) have had a rough schedule of late and dropped their last four games, which isn't exactly inspiring. You can be sure that things won't get any easier against a tough Eagles (10-3) team determined for a Super Bowl spot.

Seahawks' QB, Geno Smith, was unable to play last week due to a groin issue and it's fairly certain he won't play again this time around. That said, there's also some uncertainty about Eagles' QB, Jalen Hurts, due to an illness.

If both quarterbacks are available, it will not only make for a much more exciting, high-scoring game, but the Eagles will likely get the better of Smith due to the excellent Phili pass rush defense. Plus, the Seahawks are ranked 28th on defense and 20th in offense, which is very intriguing for a hungry Phili team.

While it's true that the Seahawks are keener for a victory and the Eagles have also lost two in a row, we still can't imagine Philadelphia losing against this Seattle team. The Eagles have a far more competent QB with Hurts, and even if he doesn’t play, the overall Phili roster is strong and it's by no chance that the team has locked a playoff spot. We think pick the Eagles to cover the spread and bet the over in this match for our Monday Night Football predictions.

MNF Odds Week 15 - Player Props

Read on below for the MNF odds this week for player props that are bound to be profitable. Heads up: make sure to keep track of the injury report.

Zach Charbonnet (Seahawks) To Reach Over 33.5 Rushing Yards (-110)

During his past five appearances, Charbonnet has been able to reach this milestone listed above with ease, plus, he's picked up a little over 34 yards in seven games he's taken part in this season.

Charbonnet is great at finding the ball and he's had possession around 14 times in three recent games, so he's on track to keep this up. Phili has been a bit lax in allowing rushing yards in recent matchups, giving up 152.3 yards as an average in the last three games. This means that the Eagles may well win, but Charbonnet can reach this total.

Jake Elliott (Eagles) To Reach Over 1.5 Field Goals Made (-105)

Throughout his past two matches, Elliott has taken four field goal attempts and scored all four, making him an absolute dynamite placekicker. In fact, in seven out of 12 games, Elliott has made two field goals. It's hard to bet against this guy and Seattle gives up roughly two field goal attempts in every match.

A.J. Brown (Eagles) To Be Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+125)

Throughout his past four outings, Brown has only managed one touchdown, which is quite low for him, but has at least seven TDs for the season. The stats aren't mind-blowing, but he has a solid matchup for MNF against the Seahawks.

Seattle is giving up 1.5 touchdown passes each game right now, which bodes well for a Phili team that is in the zone when passing. It will be better if Hurts is playing, as he and Brown are a great duo, but it's a sure lock that Brown will score at least one touchdown.

Jalen Hurts To Reach Over 250.5 Passing Yards (-110)

Following two defeats, Phili QB Jalen Hurts has performed poorly in both games. Plus, Hurts has thrown one TD in his previous two contests. He's unlikely to get the NFL MVP anymore, but there's still hope that he can at least get better. There's some uncertainty about him playing in this matchup, but if he does, then he can provide some help to the Eagles.

Given how badly Hurts and the Phili offense have performed lately, you might be tempted to choose the under. Hurts has only passed over 210 yards once in his previous five appearances. But after a difficult run of contests, the Seattle defense should provide a much-needed break for the Eagles.

The Seahawks are typically allowing 243 passing yards in each match this season and most teams are getting well over this figure. The Eagles are great at running the ball, but Hurts (if he plays) will be talented enough to reach the over here.

MNF Odds Week 15 Summary

As of now, the Eagles are placed fourth in the rankings of winning the Super Bowl 58, with odds of +700 from most notable betting providers. That’s a pretty good bet to take if you like this team with Hurts at full strength. The Seahawks, meanwhile, are quite low on the rankings at 13th and are fairly unlikely to have a chance at odds of +10000 from the majority of providers.

You have a decent possibility of winning a lot of money, provided you place your bets promptly and learn everything prior to the game commencing. To improve your chances of succeeding, make sure you understand everything there is to know about NFL betting to maximize your wins.
